Auburn Tigers football has locked in its fourth consecutive season-ticket sellout, a streak that underscores the program’s growing fanbase and consistent demand.
Auburn football announced the sellout on Tuesday, marking the fourth straight year the Tigers have cleared season-ticket inventory before a single game. The streak began in 2023 and has held through staff changes and roster turnover. Athletic director John Hartwell called it a sign of the program’s health.
Sellouts boost revenue and create a home-field edge at Jordan-Hare Stadium, where the Tigers host nine home games in 2026. The streak also reflects strong season-ticket retention, a metric tracked closely by SEC offices. Hartwell said renewals topped 95% for the 2026 cycle.
Auburn opens the 2026 slate on Sept. 5 against the Baylor Bears in Waco, Texas. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CT at McLane Stadium. The Tigers return to Jordan-Hare on Sept. 12 to face Louisiana Tech. Gus Malzahn’s squad went 9-4 last season and finished tied for second in the SEC West.
Only Alabama and Georgia have matched Auburn’s four-year sellout run in the SEC since 2020. The Tigers’ average home attendance hit 86,158 in 2025, up from 84,843 in 2024. Season-ticket sales opened in March and closed in July, a month faster than in 2025.
